We ship worldwide. Please note that FASHIONABLE BRAT is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government.
FASHIONABLE BRAT does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees of $14.99 are non refundable. Please see our FAQ section for more detailed information on shipping options we provide for your country.
Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
Our returns policy will gladly offer you a refund or exchange on all our new goods, within 20 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odours, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non refundable. All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL. If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you. To make a return or exchange please fill out the form included inside your parcel and send it back with your returned merchandise. Once your return parcel is received processing time is 7-10 business days to process your return. A standard shipping fee of $6.95 to Canada, and $14.99 to USA and Worldwide will be charged to your card in the event of an exchange.
